St Patrick’s Parish Hall

St Patrick’s Church Hall is managed by a team of unpaid volunteers and is available to hire for regular clubs, classes, etc. at £15.00 per hour, except when Church activities take priority.

The Church Hall is sometimes available for party bookings (registered Parishioners only) at £15.00 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours.

It can accommodate up to 60 people and has a well-equipped kitchen, two toilets, baby changing table, folding tables and chairs, ceiling mounted projector, pull-down screen and is centrally-heated.

Our hall is finished to a high standard with disabled access and facilities. It is ideal for children’s parties, meetings and small groups. Viewing is highly recommended.

Please note that there is limited parking onsite but additional roadside parking is available. The car park/driveway must be kept clear for emergency vehicle access and we politely ask that you are considerate of our neighbours when parking on the road.

HOW TO BOOK

    1. Date and time of hire – please ensure you book enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up/clean after your event
    2. Purpose of hire – what you want to use the hall for
    3. Whether it is for business use or personal use
    4. Whether you are a registered member of our congregation or not
    • Once your booking request has been approved, a Provisional Booking will made and you must complete, sign and send a formal ‘Application for Hire’ to us – you will receive a counter-signed copy for your records.

  • Upon receipt of your signed Hire Agreement, your Provisional Booking will be Confirmed and you will receive an invoice which is payable upon receipt.
  • The availability of the venue for a Provisional Booking is not guaranteed until it is Confirmed.
